Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping:

We create every purchase, by hand. So naturally, this takes a little time. We try very hard to get your order shipped out as fast as we can. If you need a fast turn around, please let us know in the order notes. We ship everything via USPS for simplicity sake. You will receive a confirmation via email with tracking information as soon as the package is sent. We cannot be responsible for shipping charges or lost items if the wrong address/ inaccurate address is given. Please be sure you double check the shipping address and notify us ASAP if you realize the wrong address is given.

All breakable orders are insured through the USPS and is included in the shipping price shown in the listing. In the event that your order comes to you damaged, please email us right away with pictures of the damage. Once we receive this info, we will start a PO claim on your behalf. There is no need to send the order back. Please do not dispose of the damaged item until the replacement order is sent to you. If you receive a letter in the mail requesting that you bring the damaged item to your nearest post office for verification, please do so. This will delay your replacement being shipped until completed. Your new order will go out as soon as we receive verification from the post office of the PO claim.

Returns:
Our number one goal is to make you happy. We pride ourselves on good customer service and good communication. With that said, we cannot return or exchange custom orders, unless damaged. In which case, we will send you a new item rather than a refund or exchange. Please double check your purchase information. We are not responsible for any customer error in the ordering process that creates an unwanted result. If the error is on our side, we will absolutely make it right or refund your purchase price, excluding shipping. Please, if there is any issue with your order in any way, message us so we can make it right. Give us a chance to fix any issues prior to posting a negative review.
